Lost
parrot with British accent comes home speaking fluent Spanish
Nigel,
the parrot with a British accent, disappeared from his British owner, Darren
Chick, in California four years ago. The parrot was recently reunited with Chick,
after the person who found Nigel searched for records within his microchip. To Chick’s
surprise, the parrot now speaks fluent Spanish and calls out the name “Larry.” No
one knows where Nigel has been but Chick says he is doing well back at home.

arrested for “aggressively mopping”

Thorton was arrested for “aggressively mopping” at a hotel in Bristol,
Connecticut. After grabbing the mop from
a female employee, he mopped over the woman’s shoes multiple times. A
lieutenant said he then forcibly backed into her, pushing her into a corner.
The woman claimed to be “shaken” after the event. After being taken into
custody, Thorton allegedly shouted insults and threats at several officers. He
was charged with disturbing the peace and second-degree threatening. Thornton
will appear in Britstol Superior Court on October 27.

First Lady Michelle Obama posted a vine of her dancing with a turnip to the Lil Jon song “Turn Down for What.” Her purpose was to promote her healthy living campaign. Obama made the video after being asked in a Vine Q&A session how many calories she burned when she “turned up.”

world’s largest face tumor is going through changes

Chuncai is nicknamed “China’s elephant man” due to his 25kg face tumor that
hangs down to his waist. It’s the largest face tumor in the world. The tumor is
a result of his extreme case of Neurofibromatosis. Chuncai has had trouble
eating, sleeping, and moving. Chuncai has gone through major face surgery in an
attempt to help him live a normal life. Doctors at Fuda Cancer Hospital have
managed to remove 21kg of the growth during four operations over seven years.
Chuncai says it’s easier for him to eat, and he is going to start helping run a
local shop.

someone the domain name at his “reasonable” price of $150,000. The website gets
5,000 hits a day just from people typing in ebola.com. Schults claims he has a
lot of experience in this domain business. He also said when he thought of the
idea to buy ebola.com, it was love at first sight.
