His high school chemistry teacher, Ms. Swan. “She was able to effectively communicate her subject
area to everybody, any type of student could do well in her class.”
Best high school memory:
Winning the state Science Olympiad.
Family:
A wife and a dog. He has one biological sister, and six stepbrothers and sisters
on different sides of the family. “My parents divorced and remarried people who
were divorced and remarried.”
Most embarrassing high school
memory: Splitting open his stage costume for the high
school play, fixing it with duct tape, then sidestepping around stage to hide
the tear.
Favorite Hobbies:
Making music (trumpet, handbells, singing), and computer programming “I know
C#, VB.net, C++, and a bit of Python and Java.”
Favorite TV Show:
The Big Bang Theory currently, but The West Wing, a political drama, is his
all-time favorite.
