The
North Carolina State Fair will be here in a month running from October 16-26.
There will be many different attractions this year including musical artists,
fireworks, folk festivals, horse shows, livestock competitions, and of course
the classic fair rides. Musical artists performing include: Vanilla Ice, Brandy
Clark, Trace Adkins, Clay Walker, and many more. The classic fair tradition of
fireworks will take place each night at 9:45 p.m. across from Trinity
Road. The folk festival will consist of
competitions and shows from bluegrass to traditional square dancing. The fun
and thrilling rides along with the essence of saturated fats filling the air
will all be at the State Fair. Tickets are sold for $8 online at the State Fair Website or $9 at the gate.
