57.4 million users and the average subscriber watching 93 minutes of content a
day, Netflix is a common way for people to pass the time. Netflix is used
internationally, in 50 different countries. Yet, the majority of Netflix
subscribers, 39 million, are Americans. From comedies to sci-fi, Netflix has a
wide selection of entertainment for its viewers. Out of each category, there
are the most popular television shows and most watched movies. From a recently
conducted poll of Apex High School students and staff, the most popular
television shows from each genre were found.
