Previous jobs: Rossi was an art teacher at Wakefield High School for eleven years and a professional artist at a local color gallery on Glenwood Avenue. She is excited to now be teaching at Apex.
Motivation for becoming a teacher: When she began college at Syracuse University, Rossi discovered they offered a Master’s Degree in educational art, and loved it.
Reason for choosing subject: Rossi has always loved art. She majored in art as an undergrad, originally wanting to be an artist, then attended Syracuse to earn her Master’s in educational art and found that she also liked teaching.
