SPARKcon, the art fueled volunteer driven festival starts today in
downtown Raleigh, and will end late September 14. SPARKcon is a free and
fun venue that turns Fayetteville Street into an electric mass of
creativity. Check out your fellow art
students who will be there Friday and Saturday participating in the chalk
